Meet Chef Eboni Dionne, M.P.H. Health Coach
Hi, I'm Eboni Dionne, a Certified Health Coach, public health professional, and trauma-informed coach dedicated to helping teens, young adults, and families navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, resilience, and self-awareness.
Through a culturally responsive and strengths-based approach, I help clients build practical skills for emotional regulation, communication, executive functioning, stress management, and healthy decision-making. My goal is to create a supportive space where individuals feel seen, understood, and empowered to grow.
With a background in public health, behavioral wellness, nutrition, and community health education, I combine evidence-based strategies with real-world experience to help clients move from overwhelm and uncertainty toward clarity, confidence, and lasting change.
Because lasting transformation doesn't happen through perfection; it happens through understanding yourself, developing new skills, and taking consistent steps forward.
Beyond my professional experience, one of my most meaningful roles is being a mother. Parenthood has deepened my understanding of the joys, uncertainties, and challenges families face while raising confident, emotionally grounded young people.
This personal perspective allows me to connect with families not only as a coach and public health professional, but also as someone who appreciates the everyday realities of balancing guidance, compassion, boundaries, and growth.
At Journey to a Dream, we're not just building healthier habits, we're building healthier futures together!

Why Coaching Works

As parents, we naturally want what's best for our children. Yet adolescence and young adulthood are times when many young people begin seeking independence, questioning advice, and struggling to express what they're feeling. Even in the most loving families, communication can become difficult.
As both a coach and a mother, I understand that these seasons can be frustrating for everyone involved.
Sometimes, having a trusted, neutral mentor creates the space for young people to feel heard without judgment. Once they feel understood, they're often more open to developing new perspectives, learning practical skills, and strengthening communication with the people who love them most.
My role isn't to replace the parent's voice, it's to help bridge the conversation so families can reconnect, communicate more effectively, and move forward together.
