By participating in the referral program offered by Inobe Inc., doing business as reBirth of Food and Journey to a Dream, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old and reside in the United States.

3. Referral Program Overview

Participants can refer employers or organizations to our services. Successful referrals may be eligible for rewards, subject to the terms outlined herein.

4. Qualified Referrals

A "Qualified Referral" is defined as a referral that meets the following criteria:SurePayroll

• The referred organization is not an existing client of Inobe Inc.

• The referral results in a successful engagement or contract with the referred organization.

• The referral is submitted through the designated referral form on www.journey2dream.com.

5. Referral Rewards

Details of referral rewards, if any, will be communicated to participants upon successful qualification of their referral. Rewards are subject to change and may be offered at the sole discretion of Inobe Inc.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Participants agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading referral information.

• Refer themselves or create multiple identities to participate in the program.

• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.Jow

7. Termination and Modification

Inobe Inc. reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms & Conditions on www.journey2dream.com.

8. Limitation of Liability

Inobe Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your participation in the referral program.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
